Returns and Refund Policy

We accept returns only in cases where the product was damaged due to our error or has a manufacturer defect. The items we offer are chemicals and peptides, which are sensitive and can degrade if not handled correctly. For this reason, we are unable to resell any products once they have left our warehouse.

In rare and extenuating circumstances, we may accept returns of unopened research chemicals on a case-by-case basis. All return requests must be made within 15 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Please Note: Peptides are particularly fragile, and because we cannot verify how they were handled after leaving our facility, we typically do not accept returns of peptides. However, we are willing to review reasonable return requests and will work with customers individually to find a solution at our sole discretion.

If a refund is approved, we will process it manually for the appropriate amount. Once we receive the returned product, please allow 1–2 weeks for your refund to be processed.
